Garments as appearing in the pictures throughout the website are a representation of the actual garment. The garments may not necessarily fit the customer's body as it does the model wearing it in the picture. The colors may not match perfectly as the color of the images are rendered digitally to closely match the actual color.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Credit Card Authorization and Capture

When you place your order, www.medinamerica.com authorizes your purchase by verifying that your card has the available funds. Authorizing your card confirms you have the funds available for purchase. Your credit card provider sets aside those funds so you may not spend it on anything else. www.medinamerica.com will capture the funds for items when they are pending shipment (when the items are boxed and ready to be picked up by shipping company). If an item is back ordered for 30 days or more and you have not canceled your order by email, you permit www.medinamerica.com to debit your card for the pending shipment.  If at that time, your card declines, www.medinamerica.com will attempt to contact you; however, if www.medinamerica.com cannot reach you, your order will be considered abandoned and will be canceled.

You may cancel your order anytime you wish prior to shipping.

Order Modification

You may modify your order at no charge by contacting us within 24 hours of submitting your order. For all other changes, you will be charged $4.00 per order modification. You may change as many items as you wish per order modification. You may click here to modify your order. To make an addition, you will have to place a new order. If we can ship it together, we will waive the shipping on the new item/s. Otherwise, it will be treated as a new order. Make sure to mention in your order notes that you wish the new order be attached to an older one prior to submitting.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping Details (48 contiguous states of America)
Scrubs@MEDinAmerica mostly ships using UPS, FEDEX, DHL and/or USPS. We ship most items within 2 days of processing your order. Shipping times may vary during holiday season. Most deliveries within the US will arrive between 4 to 14 business days depending on shipping distance. You are responsible for all duty fees and/or taxes. Scrubs@MEDinAmerica may ship using an alternative company should we find that it would expedite the delivery.

Shipping Details (Alaska and Hawaii)
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer and will ship via the United States Post Office. Only complete orders will be shipped. If an item is back-ordered, the entire order will wait until every item is in stock and only then ship. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged to your card upon shipping or 30 days from when the order was placed, whichever comes first.

Free Shipping Details
Scrubs@MEDinAmerica sometimes provides free shipping.  Free shipping may take a bit longer as we sometimes use an alternative company that charges less.  Free shipping is only available for orders that ship complete.  If any of your items are on back-order, we will hold your order open until the back-ordered items are all available to ship.  If you instruct us to ship the order in multiple shipments, only your first shipment will have free shipping.

You may receive more than 1 package on different days to complete your order. Don't worry. This is usually an indication that your items are being shipped from several of our locations or that some items are backordered, but will arrive shortly.
